"I had a disaster of a stay. I arrived and was given a room key for a room on the 4th floor at around 5pm. As I entered the room, it was very clear that someone was already staying in it. Bed unmade and shower on. I immediately returned to reception. They were very apologetic and gave me a new room and a card for a free drink at the bar. "This hotel is in a great location, the staff were great but the hotel is a little tired. The breakfast was sub par. Not much of a selection. Watery scrambled eggs and the fruit was melons and bananas. Suggest skipping the breakfast buffet."

"The people at the hotel were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent and very clean. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone"

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay there. The room as quite spacious, including a mini kitchen. The hotel was 1.5 blocks from the Lancaster underground and the Paddington station. Lots of restaurants, pubs and coffeehouses nearby. The staff was pleasant and helpful in recommending a dinner eatery."

"Loved our 5 nights stay at The London Victoria. The room was big with a kitchen and modern bathroom. Used the laundry facility which was very easy. We ate at the restaurant every morning. The menu was limited and would have preferred more choices. Again, the dinner menu was limited but the quality of food was excellent. Only suggestion would be to have robes and slippers in the room. The hotel was in a great neighborhood with shops and supermarkets and very close to the Victoria tube station. ...

"Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."
