"It was a good stay, clean room, clean property. Most staff were friendly. I do find it odd though, that there seems to be a lot of people LIVING in hotel rooms-esp in 2 of the smaller buildings. I don't think most even speak English. It is a mix of Indian and Hispanic people. Some look like vagrants and this is not the first time I have seen this at this hotel. They literally go in and out of each other's rooms too. I saw some go in and come out quick, with something in their hand. Some stare/watch you as you come and go. First day, we arrived there about 3 pm after having done a lot in the area already that day, as we arrived in the morning, and check-in is now at 4 pm and the guy, possibly the manager or owner, was somewhat rude in the way he told us that no, we were too early-check in is at 4. Check OUT is at 11 am so I am certain the rooms were ready by then. We've always been allowed to check in up to an hour earlier at most hotels we stay at, including this one in the past! It's definitely changed there and while they are updating the property and rooms, they need to stop using part of their hotel and living spaces for people. Covid is over, so that isn't the issue, oh and same for their maid service!!! They are STILL using the whole covid thing to avoid having daily maid service!! You have to ask at the desk for towels or request maid service a DAY BEFORE!"

"Breakfast was just alright. No place to sit, very small room, toppings even preparing things on the counter to take back to room. Hallways were very warm... hot air blowing out. Showers were great. Limited TV channels. Nice idea for the popcorn. Beds were ok. Thought i was booking a balcony room. There was a constant knock/ bang which we never figured out where it was coming from."
