"For the most part the hotel was fine. We had a dog with us and the area to take the dogs wasn’t mowed. Also we had a dog in the room next to us that barked continually. This place houses people also."

Incredibly insightful and helpful with recommendations and quickly responding to any needs that needed to be met (which weren’t any, but made sure to always ask if there was)! Property was absolutely stunning! Will definitely be coming back! "

"Good AC/HEAT, decent space for five to six people, nice for your $, if there was one downside it would be that there were a few stains on the futon. They supplied dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Overall a good stay, and we’d bring a sheet to put over the futon to sleep on it. "

"We loved our stay at Country Living Inn. The decor was lovely. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They have a ground level entrance for those using a wheelchair or who otherwise cannot manage the step up to the quaint porch. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. I appreciate the environmentally friendly shampoo/body wash dispensers in the bathroom. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Their location was great and there was plenty of parking. "It is a once in a lifetime experience. Lots of stuff to do there besides the Railroad museum. Wish they would upgrade the linens there. Caboose we stayed in ok. There was a birds nest on top of the air conditioner. Food at the resteraunt was good. This is a nice spot if your kid is into trains. Staff was excellent. Wish they would upgrade the cabooses and make the insides feel a little bit more modern. Start with new flat screen TVs. Brighter more modern tone paints for inside the cabooses....

"Had to move rooms because shower head was pouring out water from the wall at 4 am in the morning. Room we were moved into had issues with shower pressure and temperature, thought it was going to stall mid shower. Staff was very sweet and helpful, room was clean."
