"The property is spacious with a good range of places to eat or have a drink. The rings are good – and sensibly equipped.
Reception needs properly staffing. It was ridiculous that poor young woman was left on her own to check in a huge wedding party of very demanding guests."
"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off.
A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."
"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd.
Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room
The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back
Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"
