"I would stay there again!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice. But the bar closed early every night, your parking was across the street and it’s not even Hyatt’s. You have to go through a different hotel to the parking garage. The room service breakfast wasn’t great at all. I did like the bathroom set up though and the robes were comfy. Overall it was ok but I might look elsewhere just because it’s not exactly what I was expecting from a Hyatt. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and had not stayed here previously. The staff were friendly starting at check-in (the woman who checked us in was named Ruby I think?), and they even gave my son a free ice cream for his birthday. The place felt secure, as a guest card was needed at every major door. The room was clean and nice. The amenities were nice but not used- as the outdoor pool was not open yet. The continental breakfast was really nice; I appreciated the oatmeal bar. :)"
