"The picture of the pool area is misleading. I can understand construction on the slide but the upkeep for the rest of the area was very poor. The outdoor patio had overgrown weeds making it not appealing to hang out in area. The restaurant/bar area was closed and when I asked staff they said it’s been closed for a couple months since the change of hotels, I feel like at some point it should have been updated then on the website."

"Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!"

"Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. One staff member was great the other seemed overwhelmed/stressed and made us feel not welcome/ annoyed with us the way we were talked to just because i booked a wheelchair room through a 3rd party so she couldn’t change my booking but i didn’t want to change i booked that room because i had a family member in a wheelchair.
