"I reserved two rooms and was charged for both before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, one reservation had been canceled for some reason. Took about a half hour to correct the cancellation. Not sure why this happened. "

"Breakfast is not included. Property is a bit more run down than other Doubletrees we have stayed at. Our first room had water spots on the ceiling and potentially mold. We had to be moved the second night because the room above was leaking water in our vent very loudly. There were unfortunately no other available rooms with king beds. "

" This hotel is very run down, rooms were old and dirty, mold on the air conditioner, shower was dirty, smelled like must and weed in the hallways. First room was disgusting box springs on both beds were broken, holes in the walls, had to ask for a new room. Second room was slightly better but still not good. I was in the area for an event and all other hotels were booked so i had no other choice but would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The staff, and I mean every single one of them was very kind, courteous and genuinely helpful no matter what or when the need arises. My favorite amenity offered is the full breakfast and the kickbacks in the evenings. I am so grateful for these meals as we always travel."

"The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!"
