The carpets in the rooms are suffering from wear and tear and could do with a better clean. The rooms needs a bit more of a clean in general. "I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. "A clean hotel that is close to the airport! Staff were pleasant and the on-site restaurant was quick and delicious. My only complaint is that we were not aware of there being two "Ibis london Heathrow Airport" hotels about a 20 mins walk of each other. We mistakenly went to the wrong one and had to walk during the heat wave to the proper hotel. Some notice of this would be appreciated when booking."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."
