"Room was spacious. There was an attached restaurant but when we went to order nachos they didn’t have half the ingredients and they didn’t compensate for it. Other than that we had a good experience."

"Very clean room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming, nice, and helpful, and there's a Costa in the lobby that stays open late. Bus to Heathrow Terminal 5 is right outside the hotel, which is very convenient."

"This is an excellent facility with good beds and bathrooms. Our stay was spoilt by surly unhelpful reception staff. After telling us that we could not check in before 3 pm, the same person checked in a crew of pilots. Then at 3:05 When apparently we qualified to check in we were given a room on the top floor. My wife had an injured knee and asked if there was a room available on a lower floor. Although we were the first to book in after 3 pm we were told there were no other rooms...
