Room looked ok but halls and room doors scuffed and scratched like they haven't been painted in years. Overall appearance when walking in very shabby. Some of the guests gave me an uneasy feeling."

"I booked the double queen just to sleep as we were working in Lincoln city. It said it had an exercise room and not one of the 2 cardio equipment worked. I’m an IFBB pro in prep and I had to jump around in the room for 30 minutes! Also both beds were double beds very small not queen size."
