When we asked for towels, we were told we needed to bring towels from our hotel over and we were never told that ahead of time. It was not stated on website about pool being closed. Bathroom shower was disgusting! Air conditioner didn’t work and room was hot. Staff was friendly but there was never anyone at the desk. Always had to stand and wait for someone. Breakfast was good though. "
