"Hotel was very nice, new and clean and could walk to town. Breakfast was good and service was great. A/c nice and cool, comfortable bed. Free parking was great, but the spaces were tight. Only complaint was the people above me were noisy, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. They did say they would handle it and it got a little better. Recommend the top floor. "

"We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them."

"There were only two things that needed addressing. Most of the outlets were sloppy plugs wouldn’t stay in. And 90% of the luggage carts had bad tires on them. Which both are simple fixes. Other than that awesome place. Will book next year. "

"Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. "

"The hotel is just a little bit off the strip of Gatlinburg. With a toddler it made it convenient for us to walk to shops and come back to the hotel when needed. The room was very spacious and clean. At the hotel they have 2 pools and they were clean and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to people heading to Gatlinburg. "
