"Conveniently located just a few minutes walking to the Sky Train station (New Westminster station, Expo Line). Has pretty much everything you need in walking distance and if you want to head downtown, it’s easy to hop into the Sky Train. Staff are lovely."

"Good location. Nice and quiet, spacious room. Comfy bed, kitchenette is nice to have. No cable but has Google TV. Unfortunately though, no USB charging ports in suite so remember your cube! Snacks and coffee available but no milk or coffee mate for coffee. Gave same feedback about the little things to staff on site so might be different next time. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay again."

"Loved the location of The Met. Parking across the street was handy. The room was great, no complaints. It is too bad that there is not an unloading zone out front. The Westminster Pier Park was an easy walk and a great place relax after travelling all day. There is a Sky Train Station is a couple of blocks away so the city is easily accessible. I would recommend staying at The Met."

"The bed was comfy and the room was clen. We stayed in the unit with a private bathroom. We needed to ask for washcloths, but Jennifer brought them up right away. Street parking was tight, but we found a place each time. We would stay here again."

"The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. "Immaculate accommodation on the edge of China Town. Apartment was quite small but had everything one would need. The bed was comfortable but the hid-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Also there is no parking in the building but there is a parkade across the road that cost $25 per day. The location is good with easy access to BC Place, Rogers Arena and easy walk to Gastown. I would not feel comfortable walking around the neighbourhood alone."

"During our stay we first found a bug that looked like a centipede in our room near the chair by the door. It was about 1.5 inches long. This was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. We couldn't stop thinking about it. My husband stepped on it quickly to kill it. We were nervous about encountering more. The sheets didn't feel clean. I felt itchy throughout the night. The floor was also dirty. There were crumbs and dirt on it. This significantly affected our ability...

"I rated the hotel a terrible as I prepaid for the hotel stay. I had to cancel as there was a death in the family and had to cancel my trip. I went through Expedia as I made the reservation in Expedia. Expedia tried to get a refund for me but were not successful. What a cold hearted hotel and I will not book a room with them ever again. All the hotel is out for the money."

"Great hotel. Clean. Near the train station. Note, this hotel is nearly 45 min train ride away from Vancouver downtown. Surrey is great, btw. Nearby mall is excellent. Few things to do nearby. Staff was nice. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant options are fantastic."
