The hotel owner took care of everything and also helped us build an itinerary. This was crucial as the ones you find online are very confusing. "We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens."

My wife enjoyed every single second we stayed with them. They were very friendly, were very helpful, and would go above and beyond to service you and help you on your stay.
