"The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...

El trato de Vivi y Fifi fue espectacular nos ayudaron mucho a elegir la ruta a seguir del lugar y sacar las entradas. El desayuno es delicioso y el personal siempre amable y atento. ¡Volveremos sin dudarlo!"

The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us...
