"Very nice place, not our first stay. If you are coming to Sloan Manhatten stay here, on the first floor have them show you it connects right to sloan, prebook your parking and everything is right in the same building. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!"

"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"I do 15 minutes from Times Square. There is a it is a very busy place down there elevators are a line up sometimes and I take you a while and also the will get busy at the breakfast in the morning but it's good food it's worth the wait other than that everything's good"

"Excellent water pressure in the shower, but temperature options were hot and very hot. Even the bathroom sink was like that. Front desk was very responsive and sent someone right away to fix it, but in order to keep the water somewhat cooler, I would’ve had to keep it running. I made do, but taking a shower was tricky. Room was clean, elevators moved pretty quick! Location was between 42nd/Times Square and 42nd/Bryant Park subways, which was super convenient. Very pleasant staff!"
