"Excellent proximity to Manchester convention centre, China Town, theatre and oxford Road rail station etc. Good clean comfortable bed. Pity no provision of simple tea making facility in the bedroom. Breakfast is less than basic for the breakfast price paid. One receptionist being difficult, refused to print receipt when not booked through hotel directly. But another reception at other time happily attended the request. "

"Self check in, Four computers in lobby to check in. Beginning at 3:00pm, It seems faster than waiting in line at a front desk. There are staff in lobby to help using the check in computers.
