When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "Lovely hotel near the airport. Clean, tidy, sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite being near the hotel it was pleasantly really quiet and peaceful. I could not hear the planes at all. I would highly recommend. The price of room was reasonable in comparison to others in the area. The parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to use. I think this will improve once the works at the front of the hotel are completed. We ordered pizza and chips at the bar...

"Breakfast was fine. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Very disappointed that we were not advised in advance there would be major building construction at the hotel. More so right outside our window. In addition to having carpentry work on the doors with tools blocking the corridor inside. A strange phenomenon was the toilet. My wife and I both disabled found it near impossible to flush the toilet. The flushing button was difficult to access and use especially at night. "

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...
