"I've stayed at the Hilton, Garden Inn, many many times and its always been wonderful, the room, staff etc. Unfortunately the last time was terrible. I was put in room 125, next to the gym.There was dust in the room, the kettle was encrusted with no idea what. The shower didn’t drain properly. The beds creaked, loudly, everytime I moved!
