"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "The room was very clean, staff were extremely attentive and provided useful insights about travelling into the city centre. We were also upgraded to a room with a balcony view which was a lovely surprise!"

"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."

"Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find."
