"First time I have experienced a 4 pm check in. At the same time check out is at 10 am. Both times are very inconvenient, especially the 4 pm check in. The place was clean. If you need your room cleaned you would have to request it, which was not an issue. Good access to transit as buses stop just in front of hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. The area is safe, as I was out walking past midnight and never felt worried."

"The hotel is convenient for business in the area. It has a decent size car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is much better quality than most hotels this price. My room had stains on the carpet I’m hoping were spilled coffee. I had some minor issues with the heating in the room but this was resolved. Overall good and I would certainly use this hotel again when in the area for business again "

The staff were professional, helpful and made our stay even more special.The restaurant and bar was warm and welcoming and again the service was fabulous. We checked out after a 2 night stay on a very busy match day, being able to store our luggage until after the match was fantastic making the whole experience first class"
