"Clean room and property, only complaint would be the walls are thin allowing noise to travel into/out of your room easily. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very attentive staff Beautiful view from the top. About a 50 minute walk from the Colosseum and a 10 minute walk to the closest train station. "

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Personal! Immer hilfsbereit auch per Whatsapp erreichbar. Reservierten uns Plätze in Restaurants und Taxen. Zimmer war top und sauber! Nähe zwei Parkanlagen. Frühstück war sehr gut; auf Wunsch gab es Eierspeisen, Pancakes und Kaffeevarianten. Dezentral aber schön gelegen; sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Zu Fuß, per Bus oder Bahn erreichbar. In fußläufiger Nähe top Restaurants."

Two things to be aware of: 1. This is a small property with 3 rooms. The owner therefore does not automatically cater for dietary allergies/requirements. "The location of these rooms between Bologna and Tiburtina stations is great. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Don't be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is 4 ground/below ground level rooms. It is hard to find, not the location but where you enter for the rooms - through a building, across an atrium, into another building and around the corner. There is no one around and you get to do a self check in...if you can find where to do a self check in! Other reviews said the rooms are dark,...
