"Staff was excellent"

"The staff was really nice, they would check up on you and were really friendly. We went mid June and it was a really bad seaweed season, but there were workers working daily cleaning up the seaweed to make the beach accessible. The rooms were clean and pool towels were exchanged nightly. The property itself was a lot smaller than expected, there was one walkway connecting all the buildings to the pool and beach. "This resort is great for a family looking to travel to Mexico. It is a large resort with a lot to do. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Beaches are beautiful, however if you go during the summer months expect sargassum to be an issue. They did have one area very well cleared of seaweed so we could still enjoy the water and beach! Pools are wonderful too!"

"First of all the hotel is an hour away from the airport. I did pay for the private transportation and it was well worth it. The resort itself is truly beautiful. On the first, night my mini fridge wouldnt cool and the room ac was not working, I called down and someone came right up to check but they said it would kick on and it never did.
