Odalar sigara kokuyor"

"Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about...

"Hotel basico, c’è tt quello che serve. Molto buona la colazione. In centro, quindi ottima posizione. Per una o due notti va benissimo. Stanza enorme super comoda"

"Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional."

"✅temiz oda konum yakınds dükkanlar"

"Chambres sales, mauvaise connexion wiifii, petit déjeuner fini avant l'horaire indiqué."

"I got there very late, everywhere closed and I couldnt exchange m"

"Odalar çok kötü hizmet yok yataklar kirli wc de sıvı sabun yok duş Başlığı arızalı kapı kilidi bozuk Hersey vasat"

"This is what is called a business man’s hotel. Very plain but everything we needed, including helpful staff, was provided."

"Çalışanları iyi"

"Odalarda temizlik yapılmamıştı. Çarşafların altı üstü saç ve kıl doluydu. Önceki konaklayanların saç ve kılları heryerdeydi. Çarşafların üzerine havluları koyarak uyumaya çalıştık. Ancak Odanın içinde sonradan tespit ettiğimiz böcekler vardı. Saat 1:00 civarı giriş yapıp saat 4:00 civarı yaklaşık 3 saat konaklayamamakla otel ismini taşıyan bu rezil yerden ayrıldık. Paranızı heba edip bu otelde kalmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum."

"Friendly People."

"Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey."

"Very welcoming staff."
