"I stay in a lot of hotels, this was among the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The tv in our room didn’t work, they had no extra pillows, the bathroom sink was missing the stopper, they couldn’t get the alarm from our door to stop so we had to move to another room. I mentioned to the manager about an inconvenience discount & he said nothing. There was only one ice machine in the entire hotel & it was a small rinky dink one, and the breakfast was a complete joke. Nothing hot, and even the cereal was stale. Will never stay there again. Oh,,, the front desk worker was wearing a Mickey Mouse sweatshirt along with sweatpants. Completely unprofessional."

"The room was clean, but the hotel was in the process of a remodel with new ownership. The caulk in tub/shower really needed to be re-done as it was discolored and missing in places. We did not try the breakfast. "

"No hot tub. Breakfast is only sugary snacks. Front desk was very nice. Rooms have peeling paint and old paint. Bed doesn't have a box spring. Just a mattress on a metal frame. Very old and out dated rooms. Perfect place to sleep to not sleep in your car. But maybe sleeping in your car is better? "

"I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"Nice location close to capital building and baseball field. Parking was interesting. It is in the public garage next to the hotel but be sure to park near the elevator if you need to use a trolly for your bags. We are in our 70's and although were able to manage, it was challenging. Room was clean and we found a great restaurant Bacco across the street from the hotel. worth trying"

"When I checked in, early at 2, was told that the room was clean and ready to check in, and asked if had privacy as needed privacy. When i got to the room, it was NOT ready. The bed sheets were thrown on the bed, towels everywhere, and garbage not taken out. When they gave me a different room, there was NO privacy, the windows facing the inside sitting and eating area. The 3rd ROOM, there was NO information how to use the TV, when i asked, they treated me like i I stupid and little. The WiFi info they supplied was not correct and didn't even want to bring that up as aftead would be belittled again. I have wanted to stay at this hotel for YEARS. This was the worst stay. I should have stayed elsewhere and will NEVER stay here again. This experience was horrible, unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience. NEVER AGAIN."
