"I enjoyed the friendly cleaning staff, attention of care from the front desk most of the time, the great food and the amenities."

"Good hotel."

"The American Colony is a superb hotel! It is an oasis of calm and hospitality in busy Jerusalem! The staff is excellent! The hotel itself is gorgeous - historic with all of the modern amenities. I have traveled the world, and it may be my favorite hotel!"

"Gorgeous property, like we were in a castle! The breakfast was amazing too!"

"Great accommodating staff. Room type booked wasn't available, so they gave us a free upgraded room from 1 queen, to 1 king! Because they use a machine to clean that works in circular motion, edges and corners are not getting the attention it needs, so only 4 stars for cleanness."

"Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice as well. Felt like good value and would recommend. Parking was a huge plus!"

"Unbeatable location. Courteous staff. No brainer if looking within in the Old City."

"Good location, good prices for hotel stay, I thought hotel was a bit run-down, however everything was clean, great customer service and belongings were safe. Bonus has a great gym."
