"The breakfast was very different than a typical American breakfast. Everything fresh, lots of vegetables and healthy food. The staff was wonderful and it was conveniently located inside the old city. Great restaurant just around the corner called The Oak. Lots of shopping around and the roof top is wonderful for views and time together. Most of the staff are family and were some of the nicest people we met during our stay. "The Hotel New Capitol is a lovely hotel. Surrounded by shops just three minutes walk from Herod's Gate. Great for those who want to walk and explore the Old City of Jerusalem and its holy sites. "Although it was in a lower class neighborhood it was beautiful. When I arrived an older staff member noticed I was having a little trouble with my bag and came down the entry stairs and carried it to the front desk for me. The staff were friendly and polite and it was clean throughout. And I have to say that the capriccio at the coffee shop was the best."
