"Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days.."

"Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- "

It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...
