"The staff here is really helpful. There aren't really any amenities but there is a front area, however I didn't use it. It's best quality was it was right across the street from the train station and we easy to find a ride into the peace Park area and made getting to Miyagima and Hiroshima station a breeze."

"You cannot beat the location, as it is right on the main drag and across from the water, and close to the ferry. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful, as I had misplaced an item and they were able to hold it for me. The onsen in the basement is great. The tatami mats in the room are fine, and the futons are also comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything works."

"食事が素晴らしかったです。地元の食材は新鮮で素材自体の旨味が生かされ、添えられた塩やソースがそれらの良さを消すことなくさらに引き立てて、どの料理も本当に美味しくいただきました。シェフのこだわりと腕の良さが感じられる食事で大変満足しました。
最上階にあるスパは、備え付けのスパウェアを無料で貸し出してくださって、夫と一緒に楽しむことができました。屋外にはテラスがあり、宮島を望むことができました。
スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧に対応してくださって気持ち良く過ごすことができ、感謝しております。宮島に、このホテルに泊まるのを目的に、また利用したいと思いました。"

"Perfectly located across the road from the Ferry (no issue with noise). Nice sized rooms, perhaps in need of a little refresh (room door did not seal very well, large gaps around the edge and bottom which meant could hear corridor noise). Buffet style dinner and breakfast was amazing, so tasty & such a good variety. Really enjoyed that the ingredients were locally sourced. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by."

"the shuttle is very convenient in taking your bags to the hotel before check-in so you can explore the island. The dinner in the room was one of the best meals we had. "Excellent location. Close to Hiroshima Peace Park, street cars, shopping, restaurants and a 7 Eleven. Included Japanese breakfast was an experience not to be missed, as long as you like fish.
The hotel is a ryokan so it is a more traditional Japanese experience. We are glad we included this in our Japan trip. We slept like samurai."
