This hotel was well-located at Yokohama Harbour. We walked to Cosmo World, the huge Ferris wheel, the air cabins, the tall ship, the Landmark Hotel 69th floor lookout, brickyards,…all the local attractions. And we’re seniors. La veranda restaurant in the hotel serves a great breakfast buffet, with both Japanese and western options. A coin op laundry supplies its own detergent. Got a load done for $3. Dry for a buck. Subway station right down the street. Yokohama is a beautiful city and the Apa tower is perfect. Pay a little more and get a room with a view of the harbour. It’s especially beautiful at night.

Our room was very small, but it was clean and comfortable. The reason I gave such a low rating is because we went to check in early but we were told we couldn’t and had to store our luggage, which was fine. The problem was that when we went back to check in at 3:00 there were so many people who were also checking in that it took 40 minutes of standing in line before we were checked in. I’ve traveled to 65 countries and have never experienced anything like this before. It was very off putting and I wouldn’t go back because of that.

The Good: ・Easy check in, easy check out ・Being a recently built hotel, the property is new and clean. ・It includes a 24hr convenience store built in. ・Has a giant bathing area. ・Food was good there. ・Close to the station The Bad ・Central heating is hotel-controlled, but you can adjust in your room. ・While food was good, dining choices are limited. ・Outside restaurants are sparse in the area. ・The station is not a major one, which means you must be careful when riding on trains (express will skip the station) The Others ・Roomy enough for me, but some might feel squished in. Just remember to store your suitcase under the bed. ・They have some right-wing books on the rack. I don't care, so it's not a problem for me. ・Make sure to get on the correct elevator!

環境的に良いところでした。 ホテルも綺麗で景色も良かったです😀 シングル部屋の広さがもう少し広いといいと思います それとスーツケースを置く高さのある台があると便利かなと思いました。 スパは快適な空間で癒されました!

Their A/C system in the rooms are centrally controled. You cannot switch from Heater to A/C and vice versa. On our last night, it was stuck in Heater move and i cannot change it to A/C. I called the front desk and i was told they can't change it either because it is centrally controlled. The windows are sealed and can't be opened. Outside temperature was cold but inside our room it was hot that i cant sleep. The best they can do was a small electric fan. It did help a little bit. I complained about the situation, all i got was an apology from the manager. No compensation for the inconvenience. This is the 2nd APA hotel we stayed at while in 2 different parts of the Tokyo area. Both have their Heater and A/C systems centrally controlled. It's a new building, but their A/C system sucks.

ホテルの入口からフロントはすごく豪華でびっくりしました。お部屋は普通のビジネスホテルかな？て感じ。チェックアウト前にお知らせをしてくれるのはすごく有り難かったのですがもう少し早い時間（20〜30分）に知らせてもらえると嬉しいです。急いで部屋を出たのですが、エレベーターが大混雑してて困りました。 それと、大浴場は広くて良かったのですが、人数の割にトイレが一つしかなくて困りました。

Room was small for twin sharing but that’s to be expected in Japan. Toilet was also small. Nice view of the bay and access to the brick warehouse, world porter and JR stations were good. Just a few stops to Chinatown if you want a break frm Japanese cuisine.
