This was an amazing experience! The staff were so nice. Truly is like a small apartment and had a view of mt. Fuji in the distance! Literally right next to a train and bus station and a small grocery store. Overall 10/10 experience and fully recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Japan! Only 45-60 minutes from Tokyo by train!

キッチンに基本的な調理器具が揃っていて料理できます。菜箸、ラップはないのでそこは不便でしたが全体的に満足です。どの部屋も高層階ですので部屋からの眺めは抜群です。レンタル品が充実しているので子連れの旅行でしたが、とても助かりました。

到着前から予約の変更や提案など、とても面倒な相談にとても親切に対応頂きました。チャットによるこちらからの連絡に対し返答頂けるので、スムーズにやり取りできたこともよかった点です。 滞在中も、事前に相談していた交通ルートを調べ、想定ルートをメモにして渡して頂いたり、期待以上の対応を頂き感謝しております。 今回は4泊5日の利用でした。ホテルから見える景色も素敵ですし、交通アクセスも駅直結なので便利でした。なんといっても生活するための設備が整っているので不便さを感じることなく滞在できました。 非常に満足の滞在期間でした。ありがとうございました。

Great place to stay and would highly recommend it
Location is great. It sits right on top of Minatormirai- Bashamichi Station, which is very convenient for getting to places. We booked two rooms, one with city view and the other with harbour view. Both rooms had great view. From the balcony of our harbour view room, we listened to the ship sounding their horns and watched fireworks as the clock struck zero hour on New Year Day. We were very satisfied with the standard of hygience and cleanliness at the property. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke good English. They helped with dry-cleaning and booking bus seats and taxis. There is a fully-equipped kitchen in the room, which really helped, especially at the beginning of the new year when many restaurants were closed. The supermarket downstairs was fantastic. It was well-stocked and reasonably priced and the food was fresh and nice. This property exceeded our expectations.

Nice staff at the front desk
The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Our flight delayed for 4 hours and we were worried about our check-in, but the staff responded to our emails promptly. Their English is also good.

Highly recommended!
Highly recommended! It was luxurious, spacious, great view of the Yokohama harbor and Mr. Fuji! The staff and front desks are most helpful and accommodating. The room was full of amenities! We will definitely re-book!
