The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable with staff who were helpful. The rooms were small, but adequate with all the amenities you would expect, and breakfast is included. But its greatest assets are price and location. Yokohama Park is just across the road, while Chinatown is quite literally just round the corner. Both Yamashita Park and Yokohama station are only short a short walk away. Ideal for one night stays.

深夜、午前０時半ごろに設備故障で停電。 電気が消え、空調が止まり、非常灯も1時間程度消えて闇。 館内へのアナウンスが、停電から30分弱の午前１時ごろ。 復旧は２時を過ぎたころだっただろうか。 寝られたものではなかった。

There power went out at 1 am in the last day and it scared me a lot. They made Japanese only announcements and I had to go out with a flashlight alone and knock on a neighbor’s door to use Google Translate and ask what they said. And then I couldn’t sleep until very later that morning.

Staff are so friendly, the facility is excellent and the amenities are what you need on a daily basis. Breakfast included and price of the room is reasonable.

チェックインの際に従業員の方がわざわざフロントから出てきて誘導して案内してくれたことに驚きました。親切、丁寧に案内していただきとても感じの良い対応が印象的でした。また、横浜に宿泊するときは、利用したいと思います。

Very affordable for a weary traveler. Very clean and great staff. I was not expecting to have such an extremely small room. After suffering severe Jet lag I was just happy to have a clean and comfortable bed. Only stayed one night. Breakfast buffet was outstanding

無料の朝食はとても美味しいです。 でも、朝食なしも選べるようにして、もう少し安くしてもらえるといいな、と思います。朝食無料というものの、結局は朝食込みの値段なような気がします。 また、朝食場所が狭くて、大渋滞。予定時間を大幅にオーバーしてしまいます。 エレベーターの前にも並ばなくてはならず、順番がわかりにくいです

This place is such a gem! Located around the corner from Chinatown there's a beautiful park across the street, a Familymart next door, the Yokohama Stadium where they played baseball in the 2020 Olympics, and everything is downtown. Located a 15 minute walk from the Osanbashi Cruise terminal and a 4 minute drive from there, this is a great place to stay if you need to be in town the day before your ship sets sail. Now that's all the stuff about the neighborhood, but what about the hotel? Fabulous. The Japanese service here is exquisite. Full of gentle smiles and kindness, they were so welcoming. We got here before check in, so the lady at the front desk held our luggage so we could wander around. Instead we opted to hand around in the lobby and she offered us free coffee, and also pointed out all the free amenities we could grab as needed. Stuff like hair brushes, toothbrushes, etc. We got to our rooms and it's small, but it's cozy. Besides, there's a lot of town to check out and again, if you're waiting for your cruise to start like I was, a small footprint is just fine. Other amenities include a robe and memory pillows waiting on each floor next to the elevator for you to borrow during your stay. There's even a pants press in the hallway for you to use and a vending machine. My room had such a great view of the traffic and there was definitely an autumn vibe in the air. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast buffet and pick up toiletries in the lobby.

朝食はバイキング形式で、お客さんとスタッフのバランスが取れておらず、補充されていないものが、4,5点あった。労働力を確保できないのだろうが残念だった。施設は綺麗で良かった。

スタッフのみなさんが明るい雰囲気で気持ちよく宿泊できました。朝食バイキングが予想以上に品数豊富でした。食物アレルギーの表示があればなお良かったと思います。中華街にものすごく近くて、移動時間がかからずに観光を楽しめました。
