Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient.

Very convenient location & easy to find public transport ( train & bus). Good access to nearby areas. Too bad there is scheduled off for 2 hrs. of the hotel that we stay on 1st day. Space is bit small for 4 adults. Amenities are pretty new as they just opened last Nov. As the location is within China town, expect to have little street sound, even in the early morning even though already have the sound proof windows. Staffs are all excellent & helpful + very friendly. Bravo to the staffs!

Absolutely lovely room! Very spacious, clean, big and comfy beds. Great lounge area and beautiful bathrooms. Hotel is conveniently located right next to China Town and only a short walk to the harbour. Spoilt for choice for dinner options or snacks and some good shopping too. The only downside with the room is the skylight which even with its inbuilt blind drawn across, lets in WAY to much light in the morning, which is very early if it’s the summer months.

Conveniently located in the Chinatown district, just a few minutes' walk from a station. It's new and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unique and tasty. Although it’s a small hotel with oddly shaped rooms and no views, I still felt comfortable. The complimentary water in the fridge was nice.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was kind and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The location is perfect. So many places to eat and shop in the area. The train station is nearby. I will be staying here again.

ホテルはもちろん客室も洗面台も浴室も水滴も水垢もなく本当に綺麗でした。照明もセンスが良く可愛くシンプルで素敵なお部屋でした。寝具やタオルもホテル特有の湿った匂いもなくとても快適に過ごせました。ミストサウナも暑過ぎずスッキリ整う感じで個室で良かったです。ただ一つ気になったのは、洗面台とトイレが一緒なので臭いや、トイレ使用時に洗面台を利用できないなど少し不便をかんじました。お風呂に入った後は換気が不十分なのかトイレと洗面台の下の床が拭かなければ濡れてしまうのも気になりました。それ以外はコスパも良くとても良かったです。中華街からも近く良かったです。

客室は清潔ですしスタッフの方のご対応も大変心地よかったです！朝食も美味しかった。中華街のどまんなかなので中華街、みなとみらいへのアクセスがとても良いです！一点だけ、部屋の防音が少し弱いようで、廊下にいると部屋からの音が結構漏れていました。
