Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
I book two rooms. When we checked in by automated machine. Our rooms were not next to each other. Also, I would like to see a complimentary coffee or tea station in lobby. Places don’t open early in Japan.

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
I only stayed one night, but enjoyed the stay and had no issues. Super convenient as its connected to Haneda terminal 3 departure counters. Kioks for easy check in and checkout.
