Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Skipped breakfast since there were so many local options. Area had great transportation options and so easy to get around. Room was on the small side. Needed to step up into bathroom.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
I book two rooms. When we checked in by automated machine. Our rooms were not next to each other. Also, I would like to see a complimentary coffee or tea station in lobby. Places don’t open early in Japan.
