Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Room was clean although it’s old hotel. Normally I stay here in Tokyo because of convenience of transportation. This time, I had to request to change the room because of the smell of smoke coming into the room in the evening although it was on non-smoking floor.

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
This is NOT a five-star hotel. There are reviews that state the hotel is a bit outdated and needs a refresher. That is an understatement. Just absolutely misleading. It is a 3 1/2 star hotel at best.
