Staff was very helpful with check-in and checkout. My wife left her handbag at check-in kiosk and front desk held it for her. Only negative was the small size of room, but we understand most guests are there to wait for their flight or rest after arriving.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
We skipped the breakfast because the aeon supermarket and coffee shop opens at 8am so we went down to the coffee shop for breakfast! The hotel is great! Clean, spacious rooms! Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, and the location is quiet and peaceful. One thing that might be a little problem is that there is no AC however the room does have a Dyson fan in the room to help remedy that issue.

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
I enjoyed my stay and the atmosphere. It’s not in great location if you are using the subway, the 10/15 minute walk to the station is through the government office precinct, so not very interesting. Not a lot of restaurants nearby.
