"New mngr was terrible young and very inexperienced wouldn’t accommodate to help get me close to elevators and constantly lied about rooms available.I was offered a free upgrade 2 weeks prior when arriving the notes had disappeared? The sup Zendora wanted to charge 20$? I asked for manager Yaya who said ppl call her that but name is yaisis or something like that offered room in first floor but send me to fifth floor all way in back. It was far and difficult to move so much due to Im injured and have mobility issues. Manager was adamant there be no room change but I know ppl leave every morning. Still next day I was told by front desk there was no rooms but there was plenty being cleaned up closer to elevators. When talking to a cleaning lady here comes yaya charging at me looking upset very condescending said can we speak on the side? I said yes she start saying you guys are pushing and holding my staff? I said Im not you guys is Luz . She said it again I said don’t appreciate you saying you guys are pushing she said you are.I been respectful only asked if available and theres closer rooms.yaya was rude and dry said if we can put you close they knock on door have a good one and walked away.Previous day in a lobby full of people she told me loudly only if available i get late check out. So Im tired no sleep for loud noises and waited 2 hours to be told no room change.I checked my self out and will never returned it was awful. I want my money back for this booking.Very poor serv"

"The property itself was lovely and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable overall. The staff were also professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by children running up and down the hallway and repeatedly banging on my room door. It was disruptive enough that I had to call the front desk to address the situation. While the issue was eventually handled, it did take away from an otherwise peaceful experience. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort, but I do hope management takes additional steps to ensure a quieter environment for guests in the future."

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. Beware if you have asthma or children or simply want a smoke-free accommodation. Don't worry, the smoke alarms work and be ready for them to go off at 3 am because this is the hour smokers think they're being really sneaky! Housekeeping does not deeply clean after smokers either. They just spray a ton of fragrance. They treat common areas like stairwells this way too so most of the hotel smells really bad. "

"My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be reviewed. ⸻ ⭐ Strong Warning Review This stay was not as advertised. I was directed to make payment outside the booking platform (Zelle/email) and taken to a different address during check-in. The property appeared to be a shared residence with people living there and there was no proper check-in process. I do not recommend this listing and believe it should be investigated. "
