"We actually spent most of our x2 days in a hospital so did not really get a chance to see York. There were a few situations where the staff were excellent, like producing an ice pack with the vacuum machine (on x2 occasions) and helping us with food late at night, a great room and great service"

"We arrived 3 hrs prior to check-in time with a view of just dropping off our luggage while we went to the theatre matinée. But our room was ready has the room early which was good
The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and modern. It is close to the centre and train station so ideal.
Breakfast had lots of choice and quality food.
Definitely would return. "
