"I like the original victorian feel needs the cleaners to be bit more thorough and could do with a bit more maintenance like mold and mildew is not good but the pool area is amazing but very slippy needs more walkable mats in there I witnessed the staff fallbover with a bundle of towels in his hand
But overall my stay was comfortable"

"It was disappointing on arrival as it wasn’t in large grounds, rather it was surrounded by business premises. Check-in was very good, receptionist was very helpful when we had a small problem with our booking and soon had it sorted. Our room was a decent size but furniture was cheap and dated.The bathroom had old fashioned fixtures and a cheap plastic, slightly wonky toilet seat. Towels were nice quality/clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable. No bottled water in the room, flimsy plastic cups in...

"Built in 70’s and is still in the 70’s
Where they get five stars from I can’t imagine. Definitely will not stay there again. Mould all over windows which had condensation on them in the morning."
