"Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was in a great location, easy paid underground paid parking. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel breakfast was very good and affordable.
The bathtub clogged on the first day and mentioned it to the housekeeping and she informed the front desk and they sent maintenance guys to fix it immediately, which was really good.
Overall we had a great time at the hotel and lots of different restaurant around like walking distance to get food and drinks. Also...

"Front desk person was amazing.
Hotel facilities are in really poor condition. The smell of the room was terrible. There was lots of humidity and it was hard to breath inside the room. The facilities need care and a complete renovation ASAP!"

"Terrible hotel, was not worth the price paid at all. Breakfast wasn't included which made it worse, toiletries only included 2 shampoos and towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste
Thought there was no advertisement for the toiletries it is usually expected at a hotel. Staff were friendly but that was about it, the room wasn't clean, the toilet was stinky and very small, and the balcony view was a concrete wall. My first time experiencing such a terrible hotel, won't be going back there again."

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hébergement est neuf, très propre et tout était parfait. Les chambres étaient confortables et nous avons passé un excellent moment.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et délicieux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le café à volonté ainsi que la petite boutique située dans l’hôtel, qui est très pratique.
J’ai toutefois accordé 4 étoiles plutôt que 5 pour quelques petits détails. Nous étions quatre personnes, mais il n’y avait pas...
