"I drove up to the driveway ... and there was no bellboy at the lobby to help with luggages. Everything has to be DIY; even the check-in procedures are supposed to be done DIY via iPAD. No one to help with bringing your luggages to your room as well. Everything was pretty basic. Cleanliness is acceptable."

"The staff is not helpful unless you are Japanese, they had cross contamination with mangos and I had a terrible allergic reaction and they laughed in my face. They don’t have luggage carts on the first floor where you arrive - they do not help with anything at all. Our shower did not work and they didn’t care - the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the lobby chairs where gross and stained"

"・スタッフの方が朝食の食器をプレートごとさげる際に箸を落とし私のズボンにあたっって床に落ちズボンは少しだけ汚れがついた。スタッフの方から謝罪はされたが落ちた箸をすぐに片付けると言いながらそれから戻って来ず、別のスタッフの方が床に落ちていた箸を拾って片付けられた。なんか私が落としてそのままほっといていたように思われ、非常に不快だった。 ・清掃後のベットのシーツがシワになっていて残念だった。 ・チェックインの際に最寄りのコンビニでセブンイレブンを案内されたがすでに移転して存在していなかった。"

"Breakfast is served on both Level 2 and Level 20. However, the breakfast on Level 2 was very basic and did not meet the standard I would have expected after paying an additional US$35 for breakfast. I booked my stay through Expedia, and the hotel staff informed me that guests who purchase breakfast through Expedia are assigned to the Level 2 breakfast venue.
