"Todo muy perfecto gente muy amable y muy buena locación"

"Todo bien con el servicio y atención. El único problema es que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y durante la noche hay gente q de madrugada no respeta y hace demasiado ruido."

"Good service clean"

"This stay was very beautiful, however I would read carefully which room you are staying in as the amenities don’t seem to align with the room you are choosing. We stayed in the room cinco suite with the illusion that we would get our “private hot tub” as described in the Expedia inclusions. Other than that the view was stunning and the staff was wonderful (:"

"Uber can be iffy . But the hotel can help with drivers"

"dirty"

"The staff confirmed upon arrival they overbooked and didn’t have a room available for us. At the beginning didn’t give the impression they were ready to offer alternatives/solution until I mentioned that my reservation had been done close to 8 months in advance and paid for. They did end up taking us to a different lodging facility and they covered the cost."

"The staff was extremely helpful with any concerns I had, additional information about transportation and food locations."

"The staff was really attentive to my husband and myself. The hotel was super clean and the food was amazing"

"Staff was great. Breakfast excelent, food overall is good."
