"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "

"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

It sets a global gold standard for hospitality that reviewers on Expedia would rate as a "six-star" experience. It is a must stay for new or seasoned visitors to Marrakesh. The service is remarkably attentive yet never overbearing. You are greeted with mint tea and pastries upon every return and more delights in your room. All of the staff were extremely friendly and they could not do enough for us, including providing us with phones and maps in the event we got lost in the Medina. A personal shout-out to our personal bar-tender Rabie, and the Riad Kheirredine will be a must stay for our next visit."

"Room was refreshed daily, some of the linen and towels either had holes/marks but not major issues. Good location but note that taxis and cars cannot access it down the small roads. It's a 3 min walk from the school. The breakfast was nice and offered a selection. It's not a buffet you get what is on offer but it's always well made. Staff were super friendly, reception was sometimes empty and staff spent time in one of the coves but had no impact on my visit."
