I stayed 2 nights in early March 2024, those nights were ok, noisy at night with dogs barking a lot. Then stayed March 10 before flying home. No fridge in the room, the tv didn’t work, the safe didnt work, and the light over the bed that was part of a ceiling fan didn’t turn on, which was a pain as I wanted to read before bed. Asked for another room they said they didn’t have one.

Great place! Laundry mat in front is a little awkward and busy! Buy the room and pool is great! Nice place! Staff was great!

Upon arrival we were not sure what to except with the Hotel or area we chose this year. However, after checking into our room and checking out the rest of the Hotel we were just as happy with the rooms and cleanliness as we have been on any of our visits to Zihuatanejo. The rooftop pool was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The only thing for some could be the noise in the area, but because I read previous reviews we came prepared with earplugs we wore at night and it solved the problem. We would definitely recommend this Hotel and can also say that we ate in many of the restaurants near it and the food was top notch and extremely affordable.

We really enjoyed our stay here and most likely will be back. The only comments I would make is there is a shortage of electrical outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. That was rectified by them giving me a different Wi-Fi address, which seem to work fine, but on the morning of departure, it disappeared as well. So if you need Wi-Fi, it’s spotty at best the electrical situation they could use a few more plugs. Plus there was no ice which we found a bit frustrating, but those were my only concerns. We ended up working around all of them, and we love the property and will most likely be back.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and super helpful with all our requests. The bed was comfortable and everything is very clean. There is an elevator which we definitely appreciated since we were on the 4th floor. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely breeze and a panaromic view of Zihuatenejo. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Best part is the pool area, beautiful pool with amazing views as it's on the roof of the hotel. Hotel common areas are clean, room was clean upon arrival. Location is good, close to downtown. There's a laundromat downstairs so there's a bit of noise from that but it's not too bad.

El hotel no tiene elevador y la alberca esta en el quinto piso. Habia tijerillas. La gente de la recepcion nada amable y muy conflictiva. La limpieza del cuarto dejo mycho que desear. Nunca cambiaron las sabanas y no sacudian los buros. No fue nada agradable mi estancia.

La verdad le faltan muchos servicios y no pude dormir habia cercas un lugar con sonido de musica muy fuerte, aparte de el sonido de lavanderia de hotel muy molesto, la regadera tapada , pero por el precio a lo mejor eso lo hace que le falte muchas cosas

El hotel no cuenta con letreros del nombre del hotel en la calle, y la entrada principal es una lavandería, el hotel no cuenta con elevador y tiene 5 pisos me costo mucho trabajo subir mi maleta al 3er piso. la recepcionista muy mal servicio te piden $300 de deposito eso no me parece
