"This place needs a MAJOR overhaul! It is old, outdated and in need of some serious repairs! The pool is dirty, with tiles broken throughout the pool.
The air conditioner went out in the whole resort while we were there and other couples in our group changed rooms 6 times and the other couple changed rooms 3 times. The a/c was repaired by the end of the day. IF you stay at this hotel which I would not recommend, the Altitude is the only way to go.
