"This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! "

"Such a great experience overall. The staff are fantastic, the location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. The food was also amazing and exceeded expectations. The only thing to be mindful of is booking lounge chairs or a bed at the beach club or rooftop pool, make sure to reserve directly through the hotel. Booking through OpenTable will likely leave you with just a table instead. Other than that, highly recommend!”"

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for...

"The property was beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and an inviting pool with a swim up bar. Rooms are set up villa style and all have a full kitchen and a balcony. The bartenders were awesome and the property hosts Happy Hour from 2pm-5pm each day with buy one get one drinks. I highly recommend this property. "

"Love that the facilities were clean, laid out well and spacious. The beach was gorgeous and there were plenty of beach and pool lounges with towels to spare. I wish they had drinking water stations that accommodated reusable containers better. Staying hydrated without going through lots of plastic bottles was challenging "
