"A very disappointing stay. Expedia lists this property as a luxury hotel, but our experience fell far short of that standard. From the moment we arrived, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t blowing any air. Around midnight, the hotel moved us to a much smaller room than the one we had booked and paid for. Property manager gave us different room due to hot water issue in our original room but new room also worked for one person to take shower and after that water was frigid cold.
