"The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states."

"Lovely hotel, everywhere modern, clean and tidy. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Upon arrival the staff also put a surprise happy birthday message and miniature cakes in our room for my husband. I loved the finishing touches, robe, slippers & even a rubber duck. We walked from the hotel to Covent Garden which took approximately 15/20 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was located right adjacent to the embankment tube station. Very easy access. Also, it was in an area that is not too populated. Hotel was very nice as well. The room was air conditioned and really cold so no complains there. Staff was very helpful as well. Had a great stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. We did not receive the 20% beverage perk so not sure why."
