"I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely.
My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel."

"夫婦、5歳娘、1歳息子の4人で3泊4日で泊まりました。
このホテルは小さい子供達にピッタリなホテルです。レストランで食事をすれば離乳食もいただけますし、部屋で離乳食パックを温める電子レンジも貸して貰えます。
プールに行くにも、部屋で水着に着替えて備え付けのプールガウンを羽織れば廊下も歩ける ので寒くなくストレスフリーです。屋内プールは温水プールです。屋外プールは水なので雨や曇りだと冷たいです。
レストランの食事はどれも逸品です。朝のビュッフェはヘルシーで味付けも丁度良く何度も食べたくなりました。
ホテルは常に庭園業者さんが入っており、いつも庭はゴミ1つ無く完璧です。
ハード面も素敵ですが、スタッフさん達も素敵です。ここで働く事にプライドがあり、それに恥じない働きをしてくれます。べっどメイキングの人も笑顔で挨拶してくれました。
私達にとってここはＮｏ．1のホテルになりました。是非もう一度ここに訪れたいです。"

"スタッフの方は親切な方も多かった印象。男性のスタッフがロビーのフロアを清掃されているのが印象的でした。
お部屋は使用に困ることはなく充電のケーブルを置いておいていただけたのは助かりました。
ただ、少し窓際の角やベッドの下がホコリっぽかったのが気になりました。浴室は清潔で使いやすかったです。
総じて快適な宿泊でした。"

"This hotel was highly rated in all aspects but did not live up to majority of its standards. We arrived about 2015 hours as our flight was delayed, upon arrival we did not receive a welcome drink (Expedia said we should be receiving) and we were starving so we asked if the restaurant was open on the hotel as we just wanted to eat and relax after a long day of travel. The front desk said yes and the last serving is at 2100. we headed straight there before even heading upstairs to the room, once...

"The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help.
The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village."

"This is an incredibly luxurious hotel. It stands out from the moment you walk in. Spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast. It was so nice I went and paid extra for a massage. They even give you a small minibar everyday for free. So far best hotel I’ve stayed in Naha and I’ll definitely go back!"

"- Hotel is considered clean, however I found blood stain and ink stain on my blanket, requested a change but the response was "let me check if there is any empty room to change for me". It ended up being sent to my room in around 5 minutes.
- Hotel has outdoor parking with fees (2,000 Yen per night), but the parking area for guests is not the closest comparing to other parking areas, I must get wet while it was raining during my stay.
- Parking area has a few potholes and was not in good...
