It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "

"L'hôtel n'existe pas. Tout est faux : l adresse, le téléphone, la position Google. La police locale ne les connait pas. Pire ils refusent le remboycar vous ne les trouvez pas."
