My only recommendation is that if you are unable to walk up stairs with your luggage you need to communicate that fact in advance. My daughter and I dragged our luggage upstairs. "Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again."

"This is not a 4 star property by any means. It’s a little run down, overpriced, very basic room, good enough to shower and sleep. It’s located at the edge of the plaza district, very nice part of town, easy drive to downtown and other districts. Self parking in the garage was easy enough, $30/day."

"Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...
