"Ideally located if arriving by car and close to the main area. It was an easy short walk to get to the main square. The rooms are a decent size, nicely presented and clean. The bar area is also well presented and has a nice feel. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of members of staff who were a bit abrupt in my opinion. "Great hotel with lovely staff. We stopped here for one night after Disney on our way to Calais. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. All 5 of us had a great nights sleep and will definitely return on our next trip."

"Very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere"

"I give this hotel 5 stars. It's not a 5-star hotel in the official hotel rating system. Not really. But it's a great place to stay on your way to somewhere else. I enjoyed it and I will be back. Everything was there to make your stay comfortable. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, functional, with enough space not to feel crowded. The breakfast was nice (continental). It's kid-friendly. Plenty of food options a short walk away. A lovely place overall."

"We only had one night to stay in Arras as we were with friends who were visiting the war memorial. We found everyone at the hotel extremely helpful and caring. Breakfast was splendid. The hotel itself is full of character and historical interest. "

"A good central location with parking and friendly staff. Two reservations. First the double room was very small indeed, with no a/c and the conversion had left low ceilings and small windows. We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. We weren’t late, but there was very little cooked food left, little fruit (which was over ripe) and nobody around to ask for more or to top up the platters. "Our only objection was the annoying Wifi connection, which required a complete login every 30 minutes or so. The room was smaller, but mainly because the “double“ bed turned out to be quite large (and very comfortable). You cannot beat the location - just steps from Heroes Square and reasonably priced."
